I was raised in…
the Great state of NY, Staten Island to be specific.

The reason that you’re reading about me is…
because I said what the muted voices of my people and culture have longed to hear; because I stand when others fall. To put it bluntly I’m as pissed off as everyone else with the talent to vent it.

Right now I’m working on…
creating a cultural institution that protects and perpetuates balance in Hip-Hop and inspires positive growth in my people.

But I’d rather be…
in the future of this effort, enjoying the fruits of mine and so many other’s labor, celebrating the success of our sacrifices.

My most prized possessions are…
my talent & my ability to learn a thing.

But I’d give it all away for…
a secure future for my children and that’s real fam!

The first thing I do in the morning is…
stretch.

The last thing I do at night is…
watch HGTV and imagine working on my house.

My momma always said…
“Momma used to say, ‘take your time young man.!’ Momma used to say, ‘Don’t you rush to get old!’” Naah seriously, “Be who you is and not who you not, them that do this is the happiest lot.” She also used to say “we give out, but we don’t give in and we don’t give up”

I love it when people…
are motivated and ready for action. On a personal level when I am performing and the people get hyped up, like warriors, they start going hard as hell. I love that.

I hate it when people…
talk a whole bunch about things they don’t know about.

If you ever see me walking down the street…
and I start to cry, each time we meet. Walk on by…

My most notable run-in with the law…
Shiiiit. I’m wanted in like 3 states right now. My most notable run is in the making. I plan on going out in a blaze of glory or paying these damn tickets to clear some of the bench warrants, which ever is easiest.

If I had to say sorry it would be because…
I became a hypocrite about the things I speak about so aggressively.

I get real aggro when…
People don’t work hard, but they want to be apart of something. Look man, if you want to be down do the friggin work. Don’t say you want to be down and then slack, like you’re doing ME a favor. Fact is you’re screwing me over by not working hard.

The last time I swore I’d never drink was after a night of…
I can’t say what night it was, but I think it was a few nights I made that swear. I think I finally listened some where between the time I painted one of the elevators in my old apt building a nice coat of throw-up pink and the time I was at a club and fell asleep on a piano with a cowboy hat on. Don’t even ask.
