Birdhouse was seemingly the first mental giant to merge porn and skateboarding back when Jeremy Klein and Heath Kirchart were lounging tub side with Vivid’s Kobe Tai, Tia Bella, Heather Hunter, and Janine in The End (’98). The usually PG-13 bound house of Per Welinder and T. Hawk followed up their landmark pre-millennium video extravaganza with a set of porn star endorsed boards lovingly penned by Sean Cliver that same year. A decade later, Vivid is back in the skate saddle—this time switching the Birdman for Canadian skateboard manufacturer Control MFG. Their new line will include Sunny Leone, Nikki Jayne, Hanna Hilton (Nice name choice) and Megan Mallone. If you’re at ASR in January and like your porn surrounded by sweaty teenage boys, catch the whole Vivid team at their very own stand. Then again, you might just want to stick with the skulls and daggers.

If you’re going to San Diego, make sure to wear some flowers in your hair… No, wait, what?! Fuck that shit. Just come to our party and get boozy with me and Dante and Felix and our peoples.
