Hello my name is…

Julio Francisco Ramos

Aka…

Ceschi (pronounced Chess-key)

I was raised in…

Berkeley, CA and New Haven, CT

The reason that you’re reading about me is… (job/company affiliations/whatnot)

I’m a musician/rapper/songwriter and I have a new album coming out June 29th produced by DJ Scientist entitled “The One Man Band Broke Up”

I work for…

Fake Four Inc.

Right now I’m working on…

Touring, promoting my upcoming album and finishing my second collaborative album with DJ Scientist – most of which was recorded at the same time as “The One Man Band Broke Up”

But I’d rather be…

Spending time with my grandparents

My most prized possessions are…

My record label, my farfisa and my gibson…my four fingered hand

But I’d give it all away for…

A robot that does my work for me and gives me proper massages

The first thing I do in the morning is…

Murder emcees

The last thing I do at night is…

Try to convince my girlfriend that “Lady Gaga” and “Sex in the City” will kill her slowly.

My momma always said…

Don’t Count Your Chickens Before They Hatch

I love it when people…

Sing along to my most depressing songs

I can’t stand when people…

Ask me how or why I rap so fast

The most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen is…

My grandmother wailing on a drum set

The ugliest thing I’ve ever seen is…

This anorexic gray alien woman in a train station in Japan while I was touring with Sole, Awol and Factor…she scared us to shivers…I (we) sincerely apologize if she was deathly ill though

I am what I drive, which is…

A ’92 Burgundy Camry

If you ever see me walking down the street…

Please don’t stab or shoot me

My most notable run-in with the law…

In 2003 I was arrested in the Oakland Airport because my brother had left a huge pair of metal scissors in my backpack after cutting up some album covers for our cdrs.  I went to jail in downtown Oakland and had to fight 2 homeless men for a cream filled oatmeal cookie.

If I had to say sorry it would be because…

I’m compromising

I lose control when…

Ian Curtis does

The last time I swore I’d never drink was after a night of…

Golden Gate Bridge Jumping

Future projects and plans…

As I mentioned before – I’m about halfway through a second record with DJ Scientist and working on various other musical endeavors. I also have an entire album produced by Blue Sky Black Death called Deadpan Darling that we’re hoping to re-invigorate and release in 2011.

And before I leave I’d like to give a shout out to…

Fake Four and Equinox Records because we’re holding it down!
