Skating 8 years strong, Circa is proud to introduce a new talent to their line-up and he hails by the name of Scott Decenzo.  Since the fall of 2009, Circa has set out on the verge of gathering and succeeding at building quite the strong group of professional, as well as a fierce bunch of amateur level skaters.  In tracking down this farout new addition, you can find Decenzo this fall skating on the East Coast alongside; Ryan Gallant, Tony Tave, and Walker Ryan to name a few.  The tour will sweep across New Hampshire on down through Maryland starting August 14th.
