It sounds just as west coast as it does old school as it does dirty south. I gotta agree with Bobo Lamb on “Go for the Gusto Room.” I’ll sign any petition for a mandatory room in all casinos where you can get a hug and some cake. It’s only fair. On “In the Building” Johnson & Jonson prove that less is more. The entire album has an underlying nostalgic tone to it that makes you feel like everything is was and is alright. It’s a feel good album that you can count on to be there for you when all you have is a lighter, some green and papers. You won’t regret picking it up.
