1. The hardest part of building up a bike is actually finding a frame and fork in your size.
2. Starting from a bare frame and fork, the first part I install is the stem.
3. After the stem is installed, the handlebars can also be put on.
4. Followed by seat and seatpost.
5. Cranks are then bolted onto the bottom bracket.
6. The components of a wheelset include the rims, hubs, cog, and lockring. Once these are acquired a wheel-builder (in this case Orange 20) can put them together so we can move on to the next step.
7. Next step would be putting on rim tape.
8. Then the tire and tube can be installed on the wheel.
9. After tubes and tires are put on both wheels, wheels are then tightened onto the frame and fork
10. The chain usually comes longer than it has to be so that it can be broken down to an ideal length.
11. A chain break tool is necessary to take out links to shorten the length of the chain.
12. Once you get the ideal chain length, the chain can be installed.
13. The pedals, clips and straps are the last pieces needed to complete the bike.
14. The final step is using a 15mm pedal wrench to install the pedals.
